01 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Termsâ€) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Player,†“User,†or “youâ€) and Ahmad games (“Ahmad games,†“we,†“us,†or “ourâ€), governing your access to and use of the mobile puzzle game Plonko Block, our official website (https://plonkoblock.com), and related online services.
By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, or playing Plonko Block, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the game and uninstall it from your devices.
02 2. Eligibility and Account Creation
2.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of digital consent in your territory, whichever is higher) to play Plonko Block or register an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.
2.2 Authentication Methods
Plonko Block provides multiple authentication and access options:
- Google Sign-In: Links your profile and progression to your verified Google account.
- Sign in with Apple: Authenticates via your Apple ID, with support for Apple's private relay email.
- Email Authentication: Creates an account using a direct verified email and password.
- Guest Mode: Generates a local/device identifier enabling instant gameplay without providing external credentials.
Guest Mode Notice: Guest accounts are tied to your specific physical device or temporary local storage. Uninstalling the game, clearing app data, or switching devices may cause guest progress to be lost without the possibility of recovery.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your player profile. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your account.
03 3. License and Permitted Use
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Ahmad games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and execute Plonko Block solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible mobile devices.
You agree not to:
- Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the game.
- Modify, adapt, translate, enhance, or create derivative works based on Plonko Block.
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game or any associated assets.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings.
04 4. Virtual Currency, Lives, and In-Game Items
Plonko Block features virtual game elements, including virtual coins, player lives, puzzle boosters (such as Freeze Timer, Hammer, and Shuffler), and Lucky Spin rewards. These items are referred to collectively as “Virtual Items.â€
- No Monetary Value: Virtual Items are digital gameplay features only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, real-world goods, or tangible property, and do not constitute personal property.
- Limited License: Your acquisition of Virtual Items constitutes a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use those items within Plonko Block.
- No Transfers: You may not sell, trade, gift, or transfer Virtual Items outside of authorized in-game mechanisms. Any unauthorized transaction is strictly prohibited and void.
- System Balances: Ahmad games reserves the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at its discretion, without liability to you.
05 5. Purchases and Payment Terms
Virtual Items may be made available for purchase using real-world currency through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- App Store Billing: All payment transactions are processed directly by Apple Inc. or Google LLC under their respective platform terms, conditions, and payment processing agreements.
- All Purchases Final: Except as expressly required by mandatory applicable consumer laws or the policies of the relevant platform store, all in-app purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.
- Parental Guidance: If you allow a minor to use your device or payment accounts, you are fully responsible for all transactions incurred by them.
06 6. Tournaments, Challenges, and Promotional Contests
Ahmad games may sponsor or host skill-based challenges, competitive leaderboards, and promotional events within Plonko Block.
6.1 Level 60 Promotional Competition
Plonko Block features a competitive promotional milestone where qualifying players who achieve Level 60 under specified contest rules may enter eligible drawings or claim designated rewards.
- Skill-Based Qualification: Progression must be achieved entirely through legitimate puzzle play without the use of memory editors, modified APKs/IPAs, speed hacks, or automated bots.
- Verification: Ahmad games reserves the right to audit server timestamps, move sequences, and puzzle validation telemetry prior to confirming eligibility or distributing promotional rewards.
- Disqualification: Any player found using exploits, hacked saves, or multiple accounts to manipulate tournament rankings will be permanently disqualified and subject to account forfeiture.
07 7. User Conduct and Fair Play
To preserve a fun, fair, and safe puzzle gaming environment for all players, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify game mechanics.
- Exploit game bugs, logic glitches, or server communication vulnerabilities for personal advancement.
- Engage in abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene conduct in public leaderboards, usernames, or communications.
- Impersonate any person, publisher representative, or other player.
- Interfere with, intercept, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on our servers, networks, or connected infrastructure.
08 8. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Plonko Block ” including but not limited to source code, artwork, graphics, characters, animations, music, sound effects, block jam mechanics, branding, logos, and UI designs ” are owned exclusively by Ahmad games or its licensed partners.
“Plonko Block†and associated logos are proprietary trademarks of Ahmad games. All other trademarks, trade names, and logos appearing within the game or landing page belong to their respective owners.
09 9. Account Termination and Deletion
9.1 Voluntary Deletion by Player
You may terminate your account at any time by utilizing the in-game Delete Account feature located in the Settings menu, or by submitting a written request to ahmadalothman93@outlook.com. Upon account deletion, all progression, coin balances, and achievements are permanently deleted.
9.2 Suspension or Termination by Us
Ahmad games reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your player account, without prior notice or refund, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraud or cheating, or if we discontinue the game.
10 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Plonko Block is provided on an “AS IS†and “AS AVAILABLE†basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Ahmad games explicitly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the game will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
11 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ahmad games, its founders, affiliates, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, device damage, or interruption of service.
In all circumstances, Ahmad games’ aggregate total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Plonko Block shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you through in-app purchases in the three (3) months preceding the incident, or fifty United States Dollars ($50.00 USD), whichever is lesser.
12 12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ahmad games and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the game, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
13 13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you and Ahmad games agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim amicably through informal good-faith negotiations. You may initiate informal resolution by contacting us at ahmadalothman93@outlook.com.
If the dispute cannot be settled within sixty (60) days of receipt of notice, either party may pursue resolution under the jurisdiction specified below.
14 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, your use of Plonko Block, and any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jordan for the resolution of any legal proceedings not resolved informally.
15 15. Severability and Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Ahmad games concerning Plonko Block, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16 16. Modifications to Terms
Ahmad games reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When modifications are published, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated†date.
Your continued access to or use of Plonko Block following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the updated terms, your sole remedy is to cease playing the game.
17 17. Assignment and No Waiver
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Ahmad games may freely assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, or asset sale.
The failure of Ahmad games to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
